Obituary of Joyce Segelstrom

Joyce Segelstrom, 94, went home to be with the Lord on October 30, 2017.

Service: 11 am Tuesday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth, where a visitation will be held on Monday from 2 pm – 4 pm.

Joyce had a wonderful life, in her younger years, she was a model in Palm Springs and when she moved to Fort Worth she modeled at Nieman Marcus. Joyce took care of the elderly in her home and she loved to entertain her patients and family especially during the holidays. She also loved to take care of her rose garden at her home. Joyce shared a booth at the Benbrook Antique Mall and loved to go the the Tea Room for lunch.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and her husband Lyle Segelstrom as well as her beloved four legged pal Prisi.

She had her very best friends who stood by her to the end, Harry Stone and Cynthia Harris, and her adopted grandson Justin and his beautiful daughter Pilar, and many more friends.
