Visitation: 10 a.m. - 12 noon Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Evangel World Prayer Center, 5400 Minors Lane, Louisville, KY 40219. 

Service: A service will follow the visitation at 12 Noon Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Evangel World Prayer Center. 

Interment: Green Meadows Cemetery.

Tommie was born July 5, 1933 in Carpenter, Mississipi to Tommie Burns, Sr. and May Bertha Houghes Burns.
