Kenneth was born on Saturday, February 20, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to Hermon and Dollie Proctor. As a child, and into his young adult years, you could find him running up and down all the back roads of Riverside. He was a big talker and loved to barter and sell things. He could sell just about anything to anybody. He learned this from working at the flea markets with his Nanny and Papa. He enjoyed his Nanny’s home cooked meals and loved to fish. Anytime you saw Kenneth, he had a giant smile on his face and a story to tell. He was a bit of a ladies man and loved to flirt, even in his last years of life. He was known as the “favorite Uncle” and was a big kid at heart who loved dinosaurs. He loved his family and going out to eat, especially for steak, with his son, Kenneth Jr., and daughter in law, Lori, who he treated like a daughter. He was a wonderful grandfather and loved his grand babies.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Herman & Dollie Proctor; sister, Linda Kilgore; and his daughter, Monica Lynn Proctor.
Kenneth leaves behind his son, Kenneth Proctor & wife Lori; daughters, Marlyn Proctor, Starla Roach & husband Michael, Jamie Rollins & husband Kevin, and Holly Spear & husband Ray; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
