My sincere condolences on Sgt. Mcbride's passing. This brings me great sadness especially since he believed in this skinny kid from Miami could do great things. We had some great times I wish I could have met him when he got out but unfortunately our paths never crossed. Until we met through Facebook not too long ago. I wanted to see him and reminisce about old times but unfortunatley he is gone now. RIP Sgt. You will be missed. Until we meet again. Cotton Bailers by God!

Me and that guy has a slew of memeries! I have one that I apologized for is the iron incident. As John McBride never batted an eye. I apologized that for years and he never was mad over it! I would be, but John is a diffent human He forgives. We were young and stupid. But till this day he told me he forgives me. We were best of friends and did everything together. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I have so many stories of this friend and brother we could write a book! Love you my Brother!! I miss your call at 12 am when im asleep and have to work.. LOVE YOU BROTHER!!!!

Thank you Mike for your memories of John. He was more about actions than words. I'm glad to hear he was forgiving. He was a good son. He often talked about Donovan. I would like to send you a remembrance card if you'd like it. Please IM me with your address on Facebook: Trish Stuttig McBride Cloutier.

He will be missed and especially his sense of humor. I met John at Ft. Stewart. We were laughing a month ago as I reminded him that when they got back from
Kuwait and they had saved all this money while on deployment. They were told not to make any big purchases when they got back..1 day later...John pulls up in his new mustang. We had a good laugh reminiscing. Tibet Love- Ohio

We only met once as adults, cousin, at another cousin's wedding way too long ago in Floriduh. It was the highlight of the day for me to spend time with you, your girlfriend at the time, and the rest of the family, and that is how I will always remember you. My only regret is that it never went any further than that one special day. It seems like you lived a rich, full life of epic adventure, joy, and amusement. I hope you are at peace and free to explore every aspect of existence wherever you are!

Georgie - that's how I remember you. You stayed with Uncle John and I when your mom was in the hospital. You and John were not even a year old, two cute little boy babies. I think he's surprised to find peace, he lost it for a while. Send me your address thru Facebook messenger and I'll send you a remembrance card.
