Obituary of Claudia Jeanne Deck

Claudia Jeanne Deck was born on May 26, 1952 in Detroit Michigan to Richard and Margaret Mandeville. She was one of five children Margo, Tim, Ernie and Paul. She moved to New Boston, Michigan when she was 14. She graduated from Huron High School in 1970. She took her role as daughter and big sister very seriously and always had her family's best interest at heart. She has always been a hard worker- even from an early age. A prime example is how her and her sister Margo helped build her grandparents home! Claudia married Robert Earl Deck in Detroit, Michigan and shortly after they moved to Missouri to complete Bobby’s Doctorate of Chiropractic studies. They made their way to Fort Worth Texas to begin their family and raise their son. Claudia lived life to the fullest and had friends all over. She never met a stranger and always kept in touch no matter how far the distance or time. She worked hard to provide for her family and was the manager of a large territory of hair salons. She often would take her boys with her on road trips while she worked so they could experience travel together. Her son was her whole world and she dedicated countless hours to football games, practices, school dances and more to be with him. She led the concession stand at both St. Andrews School & Nolan Catholic High School for numerous years and was always so proud to be team mom to her boys. Claudia passed away Thursday July 23, 2020 with her son and husband by her side. She is survived by her loving husband Bobby, Son Robert, Daughter in law Alicia, step-daughter Michelle and her grandchildren RJ, Ryder and Jill. Her brothers Ernie & Tim plus countless family and friends. We will deeply miss her witty charm, tell it like it is attitude, serving heart and her warm & loving smile.
