Rosa Elba Santiago Ramírez, 93, passed away September 26, 2021. Rosa Elba was born on, October 06, 1927, in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, to Zoilo Santiago, and María Micaela Ramírez. She was the widow of Domingo Zapata Cruz. "Mamá Elba", as known by many, was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great- great grandmother. She was loved by everyone because of her giving, loving, and caring ways. She will be missed by her immediate family and her large extended family members and friends. Survivors: Daughters, Nellie Zapata and Mildred Zapata (Jose F.); grandchildren, Axel Reyes Zapata (Jennifer), Edward Reyes Zapata, Carlos Rivera Zapata (Noemi), Mildred González Zapata (Gerardo), Lilia González Zapata, and Jose "Pepito" González Zapata; great grandchildren, Christian Reyes, Angel Reyes, Shekinah Reyes, E.J. Reyes, Jalizah Reyes, Aryanna Reyes, Alexah Reyes, Averie Reyes, Adelys Rivera, Alexis Rivera, Andy Rivera, Dariana Martínez, Darilis Martínez, Yanise González, and Camille González; great-great grandchildren; sister, Julia Santiago; brother, Wilson; and nieces, and nephews; and other loving family and dear friends.
