Obituary of Pearl Andrea Taitano

Pearl Andrea Taitano, 71, of Fort Worth, was received home by her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was born in Norfolk VA on October 27, 1949, daughter of the late Mariano Guerrero Taitano and the late Rosaline Flores (Cruz) Taitano. Pearl's parents were from the island of Guam and that is where she spent most of her life. She had a youthful spirit and loved Jesus. Her bubbly personality endeared so many to her. Pearl loved shopping and doing crafts. She especially loved spending time with family and her face beamed when people shared stories of their lives. She also loved music, cooking, collecting recipes, and collecting and showing family and friends pictures, and enjoyed art and drawing. Oftentimes willing to help family and friends. Pearl was very grateful to her friends and family that helped her through her life. Special thanks to the late Mariano and Rosaline Taitano, the late Jesus and Juliana Cruz, the late Tomas and Violet Cruz, Nola Kissell and her late husband Mark, Mary Taitano and her late husband Mariano, Steven and Melissa Kissell, Ivy Poe, Candy Hartley, Cheryl Jahier, Noreen Whittington, Janet Cruz, Sharon Cruz and Vicky Pool. Pearl is survived by her sisters Nola Kissell of TX, Ivy Poe (husband Wendell) and Candy Hartley of OR, and Cheryl Jahier of HI, sister-in-law Mary Taitano of IL. and her nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Mariano Taitano, niece Rosalynn Taitano and brothers-in-law Mark Kissell and Robert Jahier.
