I met Ramsey when I first arrived in Vienna. He had beautiful eyes that sparkled when he smiled. I was only in Vienna for the second semester of our junior year. He and I spent pretty much every day and evening together after our first meeting. We had an amazing group of friends. We ate so many meals at top restaurants. The US dollar was worth a fortune, so we lived like rich folks. We laughed every day. He had a great way with everyone. We traveled and had one adventure after another. He will be missed by so many!
I am so happy that it sounds like he had such an amazing family.

Bill was so fun to work with at the USO. He had such a love for helping the troops and enjoyed talking about his son with them. Especially the Air Force troops that came through. This picture was on my last day at the USO on Jan. 4, 2017. He was coming back from out of town on that Wednesday. Too late to make his regular volunteer shift, but he made a special trip up to the USO to be there for my last day and we took this picture. I'm the brunette in the red sweater in the middle. We all talked about getting together again, but time just had other plans. One of my bigger regrets. Bill made such an impression on all of our lives and I hope we all did for him as well. We all loved hearing his Mollie stories, and he had a lot of them. His face would just light up. Sue, he talked about you all the time as well. He was very devoted to you and loved you so very much. He left quiet a legacy in all of you. Keep his stories alive and he will always live on in each of you.....till we see him again.
