Obituary of Rosie Lee Cordero
Rosie Cordero, 81, went home to Jesus on October 25, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was born in Keller, Texas on November 5, 1940, to Walter and Lula Dutton.
Rosie had five children and taught them early how to have a close relationship with our Lord and Savior. Her children remember watching their mother lead a Godly life by example, she read scripture, quoted bible verses, and took the family to church to name a few. She would let her children know that Jesus died on the cross and took note of our sins; if we follow Christ and ask for forgiveness HE will forgive, and you will have eternal life with Jesus.
We will always remember Rosie’s distinct laughter; when you heard it, you knew it was Rosie and her laughter was always contagious. While she was great at many things, we will cherish her bubbly personality, her willingness to help anyone in need whether it be with her time, her money or simply her presence; her dedication to her family, and her ability to make people feel special and important.
Rosie was truly such a precious person and while we will miss her on Earth, we know she is safe in the arms of her Lord and Savior. We will treasure the memories we have and miss her everyday until we are reunited in Heaven.
Rosie is preceded in death by her son, Jerry Cordero.
She is survived by her sons, James Boyer, Joseph Cordero, Johnny Cordero; and her only daughter, Julienne Cordero Koci.
