I feel like I have known Carl from the womb or shortly thereafter. I just remember playing as children was so much fun. When we reconnected as adults we got to know each other all over again, only his sense of humor had been perfected. Laughter truly is the best medicine. The world is a better place for having Carl Wilson in it. Rest in peace in your new zip code.

Carl you helped with inspiring my son to become an Eagle Scout. You guided and mentored Brendan into the young man he is today. You always helped with the pinewood derby events and made them more exciting and fun. Camping came easy for you and teaching the scouts how to do for themselves and help each other. You and Shona always put so much extra effort into making each ceremony special for each Scout and the adults. Fishing was just not for our troop. You would help get the scouts all ready for fishing and we caught more sunburns, bug bites and silly jokes than any fish. Thank you, splitting the camp outs with me so that one of us was always with the boys and for being a huge part of my sons life. You will be missed.
