Obituary of Victor Lee Hardimon

Victor Lee Hardimon, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 one day after his 64th birthday. Memorial Service: 11 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016, St. James Baptist Church, 2016 Belle St, Alton, IL, 62002. Victor was born on June 18, 1952 in Grenada, MS to Huston and Marlene Hardimon. He loved to fish and hunt. Victor was crazy about his kids and grandkids, family was very important. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Victor was preceded in death by his mother Marlene Ross, his brothers, Herbert Hardimon, Jr. and Leon Stewart, his daughter, Takisha Moore, his granddaughter, Bryana Moore, his grandson, Demonte' Wigfall, his great granddaughter, Amani Fairfield. Survivors: Wife, Annette Hardimon, children, Felicia Cooper and husband Floyd, Shenekia Stovall and husband Samuel, Tabitha Henley and fiancé Perry Johnson, Crystal Sessions, Victor Lee Hardimon, Jr., and Ali Hardimon; 12 great grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Hardimon, Charlene McShan and husband Terry, Elaine Hardimon and husband Willie Hall, Margaret Hardimon, Marlene Denise Ross, Hustina Newton, Dara Joiner and husband Dujuan, and Florita Foster and husband Tyrone; brothers, Norris Hardimon, James Hardimon, Luke Hardimon, Dwayne Hardimon, John Ross, and Daryl Hardimon; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of extended family.
