We are so sad about losing Mark. His smile and outlook had such special effects on all of us. The hamburgers and hot dogs just won't taste the same from the AMBUCS cart, but he will certainly be present in spirit! I knew Mark thru my father who served in AMBUCS with Mark. I was fortunate to meet Mark for the last couple of years for dove hunts at his ranch in Brownwood. He was a very caring person and a blast to hang out with. I still laugh over some of the stories told those nights. I will be keeping the Stanfield family in my thoughts. I am terribly sorry for your loss, Mark was an incredible guy!

Mark was one of the most Caring and Generous men I have ever known. So kind!!! . His heart will be Forever and Always with his beautiful and loving wife, Melva. He showed much love to his dear Mother and children and siblings... And he made each and every friend feel very special in his life and he was special in ours. Mark was known by many names, but "friend" was his best. He was a very generous man who never hesitated to help when asked. It is because of Mark and his association with Ambucs that I came to know and love him and his wonderful wife Melva. I am forever in his debt. Their friendship is outstanding.
