Obituary of Daniel Lynn Wooley

Daniel Lynn Wooley, 42, passed away January 26, 2017 after a courageous fight with cancer. Services will be held at Garden Acres Baptist Church, 10920 Stone Rd, Burleson, TX 76028 on Saturday, February 4th, at 10 a.m. Daniel was born June 6, 1974 in Fort Worth, TX, but declared Dallas, TX his home. He enjoyed tinkering and experimenting with anything electronic, giving everything from a car to a computer a performance modification. Daniel was a charming conversationalist and will always be remembered for his intelligent and sophisticated wit. Daniel worked as an IT specialist for most all of his professional career, most recently as the Senior Technical Engineer for T.D. Jakes Ministries. Daniel loved fast cars (specifically the Mazda RX8 he drove), skydiving, shooting at the range, and watching the Texas Rangers play baseball with his family. Daniel cherished the time he spent with his son Sean Smith, watching movies, playing video games, and archery. He also loved his two dachshund's, Wilbur and Junior. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Lisa Bartlett, who took great care of Daniel and was a great friend to him to the very end.
