Jean had the brightest personality of anyone I have ever known. She was a wonderful spirit! I had the privilege of being her classmate for 4 years at "The Mount" and enjoyed getting to know and experience her glow! She will be sincerely missed by anyone who knew her even for a minute! God gained a Beautiful Angel! Thank You for Your Service Jeanie!

Brett and Kelly, Jeff and I, and our whole family are so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mom was a wonderful lady and we have so many fond memories from our time at MacDill AFB with you guys. Club Meds on the weekends were the best. You both are in our thoughts and prayers.

I attended Mt. Marty with Jean. I remember her with great fondness-- a beautiful smile, a generous spirit, and a sense of humor. May she Rest In Peace in God's loving arms.

Father Jeff asked for one-word descriptions of Jeannie during the service. Mine is "accomplished." Jeannie was a nurse, a USAF officer who retired as a LtCol, a wife to a fighter pilot/general officer, a career in itself, a financial manager after Jim's death, and at all times first and foremost, Jeannie was a great mom. She fully lived three lives and took care of everyone else while she was battling cancer for years. It is truly amazing what she accomplished for herself and her family in such a short time. I miss you, Jeannie.

Brett,
I am so sorry to hear about your sweet mothers passing. Robert told me.
Your mother was a great lady in the few years that we got to know each other as Kappa Alpha Order of the Magnolias. We always had fun and she will be miss by all.
