Dan Penner brought a smile and warmth to everyone who crossed his path. I was privileged to make his acquaintance almost 28 years ago as a Friend of Bill's. Dan's encouragement to recall each day "what was the best thing that happened..." and "what blew your skirt up today..." set the positive tone he exemplified! He left huge footprints in this community! My deepest sympathy to his wife and family and countless friends.
